By the end of the book, I don’t even know what the plot is anymore, what started off fairly simply in book one turned out to be a convoluted mess in book 2, and I honestly have no idea what the big mystery that they’re all fussing over is due to the gigantic mess that became the backbone of the book. He’s so freaking hot, and besides, apparently gives amazing hugs, which I so want.

She gains other abilities in the last novel that are central to the plot and conclusion of the story, such as being an Earthshaker a Shadowmaster and a Falsfinder. By day she struggles to overcome the fatigue that is rapidly eroding her sanity.

Though Helen does doubt herself during her trips to the underworld, she keeps pushing through and pushing herself to the limit so that she can complete the task and save all of them from the furies. The writing is phenomenal and all the dialogue between the characters is so funny and flawless!
